ABOUT ME

My mind is always full of illustration possibilities! I am particularly drawn (pun intended!) to environmental, sociopolitical, humorous, historical, and scientific themes.
Although I have created art my whole life, it became a professional activity in 2016. Three years ago I entered the MFA in Visual Arts program at Marywood University, focusing on illustration. My degree will be completed in August, 2026!

For the past 30 years, I also have been a professor of psychology at Marywood. As a clinical psychologist, I understand the importance of self-care, especially in these crazy times. Art has always been that go-to activity for me. From printmaking, to pen and ink, to digital, I enjoy experimenting and exploring with techniques and media.
